1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RSOLV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RSOLV is an automated issue resolution service that analyzes issues in your code repositories, detects security vulnerabilities, and generates pull requests with fixes. We integrate with GitHub, Jira, Linear, and other development platforms.

3. Success-Based Billing

3.1 What Makes a Fix Billable

A "Billable Fix" occurs when your team achieves value by deploying our solution into your codebase. This typically happens through:

• Merging a pull request or merge request
• Applying our changes through your preferred integration method
• Incorporating our solution into your development workflow

We recognize that every team has different processes, so we define success broadly: if our code becomes part of your codebase and helps solve your issue, that's a win for both of us.

3.2 What's NOT Billable

We don't charge for:

• Fixes you review but choose not to deploy
• Solutions that don't meet your standards
• Pull requests that remain unmerged
• Any work that doesn't deliver value to your team

3.3 The 7-Day Success Window

We understand that sometimes a fix might need adjustment after deployment. If you revert our changes within 7 days due to any issues, we'll work with you to make it right - at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.

3.4 Transparency in Integration

We consider a fix integrated when:

• The substantial solution (80% or more) is incorporated into your codebase
• Your team has actively chosen to deploy our work
• The fix addresses the originally identified issue

4. Pricing Plans

4.1 Available Plans

• Pay As You Go: $15 per deployed fix, no monthly commitment
• Teams Plan: $499/month includes 60 fixes, additional fixes at $8 each
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations

4.2 Free Trial

New customers receive 10 free fixes to evaluate our service. No credit card required for the trial. After your 8th fix, we'll ask for payment information to continue.

4.3 Credit Rollover (Teams Plan)

Unused fixes from your Teams Plan roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 60 rollover credits. This ensures you don't lose value during slower development periods.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your API keys and credentials
• Use RSOLV only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our service
• Review generated fixes before deployment

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Code

You retain all rights to your code. RSOLV claims no ownership over your repositories, issues, or the fixes we generate for you.

6.2 Generated Fixes

All code generated by RSOLV for your repositories becomes your property upon creation. You're free to use, modify, and distribute these fixes as you see fit.

7. Privacy and Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll communicate any planned maintenance in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

RSOLV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific fixes in question. We're not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• You'll be billed only for fixes already deployed
• Your access to the service will end
• We'll delete your data according to our data retention policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
